You can assign a lot aging profile to an item category. When the program determines a lot aging category for an item lot, it uses the lot aging profile assigned to the relevant item category. Set up the relevant lot aging profiles before performing this activity.
Steps
In the search box, enter Item Categories, and then choose the related link.
Select the item category that will have a lot aging profile.
In the Lot Age Profile Code field, select the desired lot aging profile code.
Repeat the procedure for each item category.
