Define your company's policies on how to process maintenance activities during the initial implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Although this setup is typically a one-time activity, it may be relevant to adjust the setup values as company activities expand or change.
The Maintenance Setup page holds the most central setup values, such as default settings on maintenance records, rules on how information can be posted, and which document number series to use. Supporting maintenance features such as maintenance trades and PM frequencies also require setup, in other setup pages.
