Once a Quality Control activity is created, you can schedule it and assign it to a specific technician. This information is useful in directing an employee's Quality Control testing assignments for a given date.
Steps
In the search box, enter Open Quality Control Activities, and then choose the related link.
Open the relevant Quality Control activity.
On the General FastTab, in the Assigned To field, assign the technician you want to perform the Quality Control activity.
In the Schedule Date field, assign the date for which you want to schedule the Quality Control activity.
