As Quality Control procedures are completed, record the results of testing along with the final status of a Quality Control activity. These results are maintained as historical Quality Control information for an item lot and can be printed on reports such as certificates of analysis.
Steps
In the search box, enter Open Quality Control Activities, and then choose the related link.
Open the relevant Quality Control activity.
Record Quality Control results on the test lines.
The Status field for each Quality Control test is updated automatically by the program when a test result is entered. You can manually override this if necessary.
Once test results are recorded, complete the Quality Control activity.
On the Actions tab, in the Test group, choose Complete.
On the Complete Quality Control page, fill in the fields.
Choose Yes to confirm your entries. The Quality Control activity is completed.
