When a formula is created, the program uses its total weight and total volume to calculate density. You can override and modify the formula's density if desired.
Steps
In the search box, enter Formulas, and then choose the related link.
Open the relevant formula card. On the Versions FastTab, select the formula version whose density you want to override. Make sure the Status field is not set to Certified.
Choose Edit Version to open the formula version card.
On the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Density Override. The Density Override page appears.
In the Hold Constant field, select the formula property, weight, volume, or density, that will remain fixed.
Change the batch size information for one of the two properties that is not held constant. You can also change the yield percentage of the formula's weight or volume.
The system uses the newly entered value and the value held constant to calculate a new value for the third formula property.
Choose OK.
