Once the basic setup of skip logic is determined, apply this setup to specific items on the Item Quality Skip Logic Template page.
The item quality skip logic setup starts with selecting a lot-tracked item/variant combination for which item quality tests have been defined and for which skip logic needs to be defined.
If the item is set up with a replenishment type of Production, enter the Value Class and Activity Class values.
If the item has a replenishment type of Purchase, you can also set the source type to Vendor and the Source No. to a specific vendor. Not setting a vendor applies the skip logic setting to all receipts of this item from all vendors.
Once this data is set up, the skip logic setup is shown for the specified value class and activity class. It cannot be changed on an item-specific basis, the setup from the main Skip Logic Setup applies.
Notes
The Item Skip Logic Template page also contains a fact box. This fact box shows the current values for the level, the number of skipped events, the number of accepted events, the current frequency, the status of the last created Quality Control activity, and the last transaction date.
