Create delivery trips

Steps

  1. Choose the  Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon (Alt+Q), enter Delivery Trips, and click the relevant link.

  2. Select the Location Code from where the delivery must be shipped.

  3. Select the Shipping Agent Code and the Shipping Agent Service that will operate the delivery.

  4. Enter a short description for the delivery trip.

  5. Select the Departure Date and the Departure Time.

  6. If available, specify the truck and driver information. The length and volume information is used in the fact box to calculate the percentage fill (length and volume) for the truck as an indication for the planner.

  7. If available, select the Loading Dock.
