Open an existing order and locate the Create Engineering Change Request wizard in the ribbon.
Complete the Create Engineering Change Request wizard:

Additional description besides the title.
Priority
Calculated from the selected Severity and Impact.
Severity
Select one of: Low, Medium, High, Critical.
Impact
Select one of: Low, Medium, High.
Deadline
Select a date when you want the change to be ready.
Type
Select Item or BOM.
No.
Specify the item or BOM number.
Location
Specify a location (captured in the app).
Picture
Upload a picture.
Select Finish to complete the wizard.
