The Bin Reclassification Journal serves as an ad-hoc bin-to-bin movement of items. You can enter information freely on the line. The system checks only the consistency of the data.
The Posting Date defaults to the system date, but you can change it.
The Location Code defaults to the user's default location code. If only one location is available for the user, the system does not ask for the location.
To move a container, enter or select a container license plate number and choose the Move Container action.
If an item has an alternate quantity but is not set as catch weight, the system fills the alternate quantity automatically.
The activity Show existing containers in New Bin and select is a sub-process created together with the Warehouse Pick process.
The Create New Container activity is also a separate sub-process.
The * in some of the boxes indicates that a connection or update is made to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
