Average measurements

Prev Next

If several quality tests are executed and registered, you may need the average results available rather than only separate values. Use the Average Measurements functionality for this purpose.

The average measurements information is available from the Lot History page. From that page, on the Navigate tab in the ribbon, select Quality Control. On the Quality Control page that opens, open the Average Measurements page by selecting the button in the ribbon. This page can only be opened when several activities for the same lot are registered as pass or fail.

The Quality Control-Average page shows the Quality Control activities executed with additional information on status, who the test was assigned to, and the scheduled and completion dates. The line page shows the test results for the selected activity.

The two fact boxes show the average result of the selected tests, as well as the individual test result across all activities for a test selected in the Test Averages fact box. The state is calculated based on the average values compared to the targets.

You can print a report of the calculated averages using the Print button.

You can also update the values of the lot specification by selecting Update Lot Specification. When several activities are selected, the average value is updated in the lot specification. If only one activity is selected, those values are passed to the lot specification record.
