You can assign vendors to a maintenance trade, along with the standard hourly rate the vendor charges to perform the work associated with the trade. When you assign a maintenance trade to a work order, you can specify Anywhere Mobility Solutions vendors that exist for the maintenance trade. The program uses the vendor's rate as the default cost for the maintenance trade. Set up the relevant maintenance trades before performing this activity.
Steps
In the search box, enter Maintenance Trades, and then choose the related link.
Select the maintenance trade to which you will assign vendors.
On the Navigate tab, in the Trades group, choose Vendors.
Insert a new line. In the Vendor No. field, select the appropriate number and choose OK to assign the vendor number to the maintenance trade.
In the Rate (Hourly) field, fill in the vendor's hourly rate.
