Ship transfer orders

You can ship business objects between warehouses by using a rental transfer order. After the rental transfer order has fully been processed the rental on hand inventory will be deducted from the "From" warehouse to the "To" warehouse.

You can select the 'from' and 'to' warehouse on the order. Procedure 1. Go to Business objects > Periodic > Rental transfer order. 2. Click New. 3. In the From warehouse field, enter the desired warehouse. 4. In the To warehouse field, enter the desired warehouse. 5. Click Add. 6. In the list, mark the selected row. 7. In the Item number field, enter or select the desired Item number. Pick business object from warehouse inventory Pick business object from warehouse inventory You can assign a business object from warehouse inventory using one of these options: Assign business object Picking list This activity explains how to pick the business object and assign it to the transfer journal. Procedure 1. Go to Business objects > Periodic > Rental transfer order. 2. In the list, click the desired rental transfer journal. 3. On the Action Pane, click Ship. 4. Click Generate picking list. 5. In the list, mark the selected row. 6. In the Update field, select the option All. 7. Click OK. 8. Click Picking list registration. 9. Select the Select check box. 10. Click Functions. 11. Click Start picking route. 12. Click OK. 13. In the Serial number field, enter or select a value. 14. Click Updates. 15. Click Update all. 16. Click Save. 17. Close the page. 18. Click the form caption. 19. On the Action Pane, click Transfer order. 20. Close the page. 21. Go to Default dashboard. Go to Business objects > Periodic > Rental transfer order. 2. In the list, click the link in the selected row. 3. On the Action Pane, click Ship. 4. Click Ship transfer order. 5. In the list, mark the selected row. 6. In the Update field, select All 7. Click OK. 8. Click the form caption. 9. On the Action Pane, click Transfer order. 10. Close the page. 11. Go to Default dashboard. End End
