Your company can inform the rental company that you are a rental contact for your company. When the rental company has added you as a contact, you receive an invitation email.

Redeem the invitation to get access to the Rental Customer Portal.


Standard procedure

1. Open the received invitation email and click the link in the email.

2. On the DynaRent Customer Portal, on the Redeem invitation tab, click 'Register'.

3. Fill in the registration fields and click 'Register'.

4. On the Profile page, complete your profile as desired and click 'Update'.

Notes

On the Profile page you cam also change your:

  • Password: Click 'Change password', enter and confirm your new password, and click 'Change password'.
  • Email address: Click 'Change email', enter you new email address, and click 'Change and confirm email'.
