The STAEDEAN Common Library is a base model for STAEDEAN solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
The Common Library acts as a central place for shared features and code used across products.

In-App Feedback | All STAEDEAN forms include a smiley icon in the upper left menu. Users can send feedback, suggestions, and ideas. |
Enumeration Translations | Supports multilingual export by translating enumerations based on the user’s language settings. This improves integration with external systems. |
Telemetry | STAEDEAN products collect technical and usage data. This includes license data, tenant details, versions, user counts, form usage, and security data. The data supports license compliance and product improvement. Telemetry does not include customer business data from the D365 F&SCM. |
Using the STAEDEAN Solution Management workspace
Use the STAEDEAN Solution Management workspace to review your installed STAEDEAN solutions, manage their licenses, and download packages.
Review the solutions summary
The Summary tab shows five tiles with the current state of your environment.

Installed solutions | The number of solutions installed in your environment. |
Expired licenses | The number of licenses that have expired. |
Licenses nearing expiry | The number of licenses that expire soon. |
Outdated solutions | The number of installed solutions that don't have the latest available version. |
Find and review a solution
You can monitor the installed solutions and related license information as follows:
Click STAEDEAN solution management.
In the category list on the left, select a category, or select All to view every solution.
Categories group solutions by business area, for example Manufacturing or Asset as a service.
In the Filter box, type a solution name to narrow the list.
Select the Installed only checkbox to show only the solutions installed in your environment.
In the list, select a solution to view its details.
The details pane shows the solution description and its licenses, with links to Release notes and Documentation.
Note
The license list shows the status, expiry date, and purchaser for each license included in the solution.
Click Release notes or Documentation to find detailed information about the STAEDEAN solutions.
Manage licenses
STAEDEAN offers several ways to manage the license for your installed solutions:
Retrieve available licenses (maintenance mode required): You can get the available licenses from Azure Blob Storage. When retrieved, you can select which licenses to import. Once imported, disable maintenance mode.
Import license (maintenance mode required): If you receive a license file (.txt format), you can manually import it. For example, you import it together with license files from other ISV solutions. Once imported, disable maintenance mode.
Download a license package: You can download the latest license package from Azure Blob Storage as a .zip file. You can deploy the package through Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS). You can do this without switching your environment to maintenance mode.
You can manage your licenses as follows:
Click STAEDEAN solution management.
Sub-task: Retrieve available licenses.
Enable maintenance mode on your environment.
On the toolbar, click Retrieve available licenses.
On the dialog, each retrieved license is shown as a tile.
Review and select the licenses (tiles) you want to import.Click Import.
Disable maintenance mode on your environment.
Sub-task: Import license.
Enable maintenance mode on your environment.
On the toolbar, click Import license.
On the dialog, browse for and select the license file (.txt format) to be imported.
Click Import license.
Disable maintenance mode on your environment.
Sub-task: Download license package.
On the toolbar, click Download license package.
The package downloads as a .zip file.
Find the downloaded file in your browser's download folder.
Note
After you update to a new STAEDEAN Common Library version, retrieve your licenses again. This prevents your STAEDEAN products from disappearing due to the new code-signing certificate.
Download a unified package
Use this option to download a unified package for an installed solution. Available packages comply with the N-3 support policy, so the oldest version offered is never more than three releases behind the current one.
You can download a unified package as follows:
Click STAEDEAN solution management.
In the Solutions section, select the Unified packages checkbox.
Only the unified packages for your supported version are then listed.
In the list, select an installed solution.
Click Download unified package.
On the dialog, the available unified packages are shown. The files are shown with their release date, so you can choose the version you need.
Select a file, and click Download.The package downloads as a .zip file.
Find the downloaded file in your browser's download folder.
Provide feedback
On each form of the STAEDEAN solutions for D365 F&SCM, a feedback option is available on the Action Pane or menu bar. It’s designed as a smiley icon: .png)
