Set version number manually

You can manually set a new version number.

In RapidValue the element version number consists of two parts which are divided by a point:

• Major version number in front of the point.

• Minor version number behind the point

Example: version is 2.4; where 2 is the major version number and 4 the minor version number.

Steps

1. Click Business process management.

2. In the list, find and select the desired record.

3. Click Edit.

4. Click Version to open the drop dialog.

5. Select 'Set version'.

6. In the Major field, enter a number.

7. In the Minor field, enter a number.

8. Click OK.

9. Close the page.

Notes

Each version change is logged in the change history. So, you can monitor the version changes for each element.
