Set up trainees

Set up the trainees who will do a training.You can set up a trainee in these ways:

• Based on a user in D365 F&SCM.

• Based on a person in one of the RapidValue solutions in the current environment.

• Create a trainee.

A trainee can only do a training if a D365 F&SCM user is linked.

The steps explain how to set up a trainee based on a user.

Steps

1. Click Training management.

2. Click the Trainees tab.

3. Click Add.

4. Sub-task: Set up a trainee based on a user.

   1. On the Users tab, select one or more users.

   2. Click OK.
