Monitor record history

Each status change or ownership change is logged in the record history. Also scope or gap/fit decisions are logged in the record history. As a result, you can easily track the progress and development of the record.

Steps

  1. Click Business process management.

  2. In the list, find and select the desired record.

  3. Click the Change history tab.

  4. In the list, find and select the desired record.

  5. Click View changed record.

  6. Close the page.

You can monitor the change history for a specific record in the Change history FactBox for the relevant record.
