Applications outside D365 F&SCM can contain links to RapidValue records. To create such a link, get the record link in RapidValue and use it into another application, such as SharePoint, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Word.
You can link to a:
Business process - You can get a business process link on the Business process modelling workspace (on the Business processes tab), on the Business process designer page, and on the Business processes page.
Activity - You can get an activity link on the Business process modeling workspace (on the Activities tab) and on the Activities page.
Requirement - You can get a requirement link on the Business process implementation workspace (on the Requirements tab) and on the Requirements page.

Steps
Click Business process modeling.
Click the Business processes tab.
In the tree, select 'the desired business process'.
Click Get link to open the drop dialog.
On the drop dialog, click the Copy button. Now you can paste the link in the desired application.
