Create and download data file

From each content package, you can create a data file. This is an XML file of type rvdata that contains all configuration data of the content package.You can find and download the created data file on the Business process file share workspace, on the Data files tab.

Steps

1. Click Business process file share.

2. Sub-task: Create data file.

   1. On the Content packages tab, in the list, find and select the desired content package.

   2. Click Create data file.

   3. In the File name field, type a value.

   4. You can run the data file creation in the background.

      Expand the Run in the background section.

   5. Select Yes in the Batch processing field.

   6. Click OK.

3. Sub-task: Download data file.

   1. Click the Data files tab.

   2. In the list, find and select the desired data file.

   3. Click Download.

   Note

   You can move the downloaded data file to any folder.
