Set up Government contracting Oversees various portions of the accounting processes and team members.

Billing specialist

Month-end Processes Works with PM, generate invoices/bills, review labor distribution reports, submit invoices, etc.

Business development specialist

Month-end Processes They identify business opportunities and work on proposals.

Chief financial officer

Set up Government contracting The executive member oversee all accounting and finance operations

Contracts specialist

Month-end Processes Liaison of contractors and the government. They work with the contracting officer in negotiation, contract mods, contract closeouts.

Controller

Set up Government contracting Oversees the finance and accounting departments. They work closely with the CFO and manages contracts budgets, organization budgets, compliance, etc.

Project accountant

Month-end Processes Manages the accounting transactions as related to projects to which they are assigned, ensuring the data that posts to the project is correct and within the rules for that contract/project.

Project manager

Month-end Processes Project managers provide direct labor needs, labor of efforts, scope, approve billings, cost estimates, etc.
