You can use a WBS for a project. If you do so, make sure for each WBS line that the relevant financial dimensions are filled in properly. This is required to correctly calculate the indirect cost allocation.
| 1. | Go to Project management and accounting > Projects > All projects. | 
| 2. | In the list, find and select your project. | 
| 3. | On the Action Pane, click Plan. | 
| 4. | Click Work breakdown structure. | 
| 5. | Click New. | 
| 6. | In the list, mark the selected row. | 
| 7. | In the Task name field, type a value. | 
| 8. | In the Effort in hours field, enter a number. | 
| 9. | In the Task end date field, enter a date. | 
| 10. | In the View field, select an option. | 
| 11. | In the list, find and select the desired record. | 
| 12. | Click Financial dimensions. | 
| 13. | Enter all required financial dimensions. | 
| 14. | Click OK. | 
| 15. | Click Save. | 
| 16. | Click Publish. |
