As the number of records in the document queue increases over time, regular cleanup can be required.


Standard procedure

1. Click Action and document management operations.
2. Click Document queue cleanup.
3. You define which records are deleted based on the Created date and time. To do so, define the number of days before the current date. All older records are deleted.
Example:
- Current date: January 20
- Age days: 10
All records with a created date and time of:
- January 10 or newer are kept.
- January 9 or older are deleted.
  In the Age days field, enter a number.
4. You clean up the document message queue for records with a specific status.
  In the Status field, select an option.
5. Expand the Run in the background section.
6. Select Yes in the Batch processing field and fill in the other fields as desired.
7. Click Recurrence and define the recurrence as desired.
8. Click OK.
9. Click OK.
