For workflows to be run, a trigger is used. If a work flow is started by a trigger of type Query, the query for the trigger is run. The query output defines the workflow input records based on which the workflow is started.

Standard procedure

1.	Click Action and document management operations.
2.	Click Process triggers.
3.	In the Trigger id field, enter or select a value.
4.	Sub-task: Define batch and recurring pattern settings.
4.1	Expand the Run in the background section.
4.2	Select Yes in the Batch processing field. Fill in the other fields as desired.
4.3	Click Recurrence and fill in the fields as desired.
4.4	Click OK.
5.	Click OK.
