You can export a workflow to a data (DAMDATA) file. So, you can import it in another Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations environment.
1. | Click Action and document management design. |
2. | On the Process flows tab, in the list, click the link of the desired record. |
3. | In the Workflows section, in the list, find and select the desired record. |
4. | Click Export. |
5. | The default file name is the name of the selected workflow. You can change this as desired. |
  | In the File name field, type a value. |
6. | In the Description field, type a value. |
7. | Click OK. |
8. | Close the page. |
9. | Sub-task: Download exported workflow. |
9.1 | Click File share. |
9.2 | Click the Data files tab. |
9.3 | In the list, find and select the created data file. |
9.4 | Click Download. |
