Transfer project quotation to project

If a customer has confirmed a project quotation, you can transfer it to a project.

For more information, refer to Create a project from a quotation by using the Transfer to Project wizard.

Steps

1. Click Advanced project management.

2. Click Project quotation.

3. In the list, find and select a project quotation with status Confirmed.

4. On the Action Pane, click Follow up.

5. Click Transfer to project.

6. Click Next.

7. In the Project ID field, type a value.

8. Click Next.

9. Select Yes in the Transfer WBS estimates to project forecasts field.

10. Click Next.

11. Select Yes in the Transfer to item requirement field.

12. Click Next.

13. Click Finish.

14. Click to follow the link in the Project ID field.

    Note

    As a result, the new project is opened.
