Set up received customer approval

You can set up common approval replies that you receive from customers. You can assign a customer approval reply to each product on an engineering change order.

Examples: Yes, No, N/A.

Steps

  1. Go to Product engineering > Setup > Engineering change management > Received customer approval.

  2. Click New.

  3. In the Received customer approval field, type a value.

  4. Close the page.
