Before running BOM Analysis, ensure the following requirements are met:
Azure Account - An active Azure subscription with access to Azure AI Foundry.
Azure AI Foundry Project - A configured project with a deployed base model (for example, GPT-4o).
PLM Integration Setup - PLM integration must be configured and active in Engineering Change Management.
Endpoint and API Key - The Azure AI Foundry model endpoint URL and API key must be available.
User Permissions:
Owner or Admin access in Azure to deploy models.
Admin-level permissions in D365 F&SCM to configure PLM integration parameters.
