Create integration journal

To import a bid from a tender in Microsoft Excel format, an integration journal is required.

It serves as a medium of data transfer between the Microsoft Excel template and advanced WBS.

Before you can create an integration journal, create a project quotation, and go to the advanced WBS.

Steps

1. Click Advanced project management.

2. Click Project quotation.

3. Click New.

4. In the Customer account field, enter or select a value.

5. Click OK.

6. Click Advanced WBS.

7. Click Edit.

8. Click Integration.

9. Click Open.

Notes

• The integration journal is automatically created for the project quotation.

• On creation of the journal, no lines are created.
