The connector defines the source location from which the PLM Integration retrieves incoming XML files, as well as the archive and error destinations used after processing. Connectors ensure controlled movement of integration files between Azure or other storage systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management.
This configuration establishes the communication path between the PLM system output and D365 F&SCM. It determines where files are collected, how successful imports are archived, and where failed files are stored for troubleshooting.
