You can audit a change notice in PTC Windchill. By doing so you approve the sending of the parts of the change notice to the distribution target.

The steps and user interface can differ in your version of PTC Windchill. This topic describes the manual procedure. For other ways to send change notices, consult your PTC Windchill partner.

Steps

  1. Log in to PTC Windchill.

  2. Go to My Assignments > click the name of the selected assignment.

  3. Click Complete Task.

    Note

    Before clicking Complete Task, the actual auditing of the parts of the change notice should be executed. How to audit the changes is not relevant in this topic, and left out.
