You can use activity templates to quickly create tasks in the work breakdown structure.
For each activity template, you can define values and estimate lines that are used as default values for work breakdown structure tasks.
If you enter an activity template for a new task in the work breakdown structure, the default values of the activity template are copied to the task.
You can group activity templates to structure the activity templates and make it easier to find the proper activity template.

Procedure
1. Click Advanced project management.
2. Click Activity group template.
3. Click New.
4. In the Activity group template. field, type a value.
5. In the Description field, type a value.
6. Click Save.
7. Close the page.

7. In the Category field, enter or select a value.
8. Click Add line.
9. In the Transaction type field, select an option.
10. In the Project category field, enter or select a value.
11. In the Line property field, enter or select a value.
12. In the Quantity field, enter a number.
13. Click Add line.
14. In the Transaction type field, select an option.
15. In the Project category field, enter or select a value.
16. In the Line property field, enter or select a value.
17. In the Quantity field, enter a number.
18. Click Save.
19. Close the page.
