On each WBS task, you can define the applicable calculation settings. You can do so on creation of a WBS task or on a to-be-changed WBS task.
| 1. | Go to Project management and accounting > Project change orders > All project change orders. | 
| 2. | In the list, click the link in the selected row. | 
| 3. | Click Advanced WBS. | 
| 4. | Click Edit. | 
| 5. | In the list, find and select the desired record. | 
| 6. | In the list, mark the selected row. | 
| 7. | Click the Calculation tab. | 
| 8. | In the Hour formula field, enter or select a value. | 
| 9. | In the Equipment formula field, enter or select a value. | 
| 10. | In the Item formula field, enter or select a value. | 
| 11. | In the Expense formula field, enter or select a value. | 
| 12. | In the list, find and select the desired record. | 
| 13. | Click Run WBS Calculation. | 
| 14. | Click Save. | 
You can also change the value of the calculation fields on a to-be-changed WBS line. In this case, you cannot change the calculation group and the scheduled unit.
