Send an approved external project change order to a customer as an option.  This requires a template to be added to the Project Control Suite parameters> Project change order, using a .dotx format.  This is stored in Azure storage.

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Project management and accounting > Project change orders > All project change orders.
2.	In the list, click the link in the selected row.
3.	On the Action Pane, click Follow up.
4.	Click Generate change order report.
5.	Click Download change order report.
6.	Click Close.
