Overpicking for production order

You can overpick material for production orders using the Warehouse Management Mobile app.
In the production process, overpicking is defined as picking more of an item than what is listed on the pick list for the production order.

The steps explain how to overpick items. Procedure 1. Log into the Warehouse Management Mobile app. 2. Tap Production. 3. Tap Production Pick. 4. Scan or manually enter the work ID on the production order. 5. Enter the license plate (LP) and tap Over pick. 6. Enter and confirm the quantity. 7. If the threshold is reached, you get a warning message. If the picked quantity is within the overpicking limits for the item, you can continue. Review pick list journal Review pick list journal On the Picking list journal, on the Picking line, the Proposal quantity field shows the original quantity that is the result of production order estimation.The Consumption quantity field shows the total picked quantity. This includes the original estimated quantity plus the overpicked quantity. Procedure 1. Go to Production control > Production orders > All production orders. 2. In the list, find and select the desired record. 3. Click View at the top menu and then click Picking list. 4. In the list, click the link in the selected row to review the proposal and consumption values. End End
