As a store worker, you usually need labels for the products or the shelves in the store. You can use the label printing process of the Anywhere for retail app to order the labels you need. Ordered batches of labels aren't printed immediately, but are saved to D365 FO, and printed in one go by the back office. With the Label printing process, you can, for example, prepare for promotions, rearrangements in the store, or relabeling of product groups.
Set the parameters that apply to the Label printing process of the Anywhere for retail app.
1. | Click Mobility management. |
2. | Click Anywhere app parameters. |
3. | Click the Retail tab. |
4. | Expand the Label printing section. |
5. | You can have the on-hand inventory of an item filled as the default number of labels to be ordered for a scanned item. This is useful if each piece of the item needs its own label. For example, for bigger sized items like furniture. |
  | Select Yes in the Show on-hand inventory field. |
6. | In the label printing process, you can have the sales price and the retail price shown on the form where you define the number of labels to be ordered. The prices are shown per piece of the scanned item, as valid for the defined date and selected store. |
  | Select Yes in the Show price field. |
7. | Close the page. |
