Monitor test results

Each time you run a test, a test run is created. You can run tests for these entities:

  • Test scenario
  • Test case
  • Test suite
  • Test plan
All elements of the test entity that you run are added to the test run. For example, if you run a test suite, each of its test cases is run. And for each test case in the test suite also the test scenarios are run. So, the resulting test run has all test cases and all the related test scenarios covered.
Use the test runs to analyze the results of the tests.

Click the Test runs tab. 3. In the list, click the link in the selected row. 4. Click the General tab, to review when and how long the test is run. 5. Click the Analysis tab to review some test run statistics. 6. Click the Test cases tab to review the run test case scenarios in more detail. 7. In the list, find and select the desired record. 8. On the Steps tab, you can review the test result for each test step. 9. Click the Variables tab to review the test variable values that are used in the test. 10. Click the Events tab to review the test result for the pre and post events of the test case. End End
