Setting up and designing Anywhere mobility studio
Design application configuration
To each application, add the applicable processes. A process is a flow of actions on a mobile device to finish a task. For each of the process actions you set up a specific form.
Assign each process to the applicable roles.

To each application, add the applicable processes. A process is a flow of actions on a mobile device to finish a task. For each of the process actions you set up a specific form.
Procedure
1. Click Mobility design.
2. Click the Processes tab.
3. Click Add.
4. In the Process field, type a value.
5. In the Description field, type a value.
6. You can mark a process as a subprocess. You can do so to reuse the process in several other processes of the same application.
For example, you can have a subprocess to enter inventory dimensions.
Select Yes in the Subprocess field.
Note: A subprocess is note shown on previews and menus.
7. In the Documentation section, write the process documentation.
For example, describe the purpose and characteristics of the process.
8. Close the page.

For each action to be done on a mobile device, create a form. Each form is part of a process of actions to do a task.
For each form, define the applicable:
Variables - A variable is used to store data in mobile device sessions. You can also create application-specific variables.
Controls - A control defines an element on a form. For example, a button or a field.
Form event procedures - A form event procedure has one action or a series of actions that are done on one of the form events.

For each process, you can set up a counter that is shown on the process tile on a menu.
A counter can give information on, for example, the workload or the escalation level of the process.
For each counter, a query is required to get the relevant data.

If a user logs on to a mobile app as built in Mobility studio, the user roles define which processes are applicable to the user.
Procedure
1. Click Mobility management.
2. Click the Role/processes tab.
3. Click Add.
4. In the Role field, enter or select a value.
5. In the Application field, enter or select a value.
6. In the Process field, enter or select a value.
