# Work reports

### Work report enhancement

Life Sciences Supply Chain Management enhances the **Work report** layout to improve the scanning experience with:

- Enlarged barcodes.
- Possibility to hide the order number barcode to avoid incorrect scanning by disabling the **Print order number barcode**
- Possibility to hide line barcodes, thus preventing clutter, reducing the risk of scanning errors, and ensuring that only essential information is highlighted during operations, by disabling the **Print line barcode**

Additionally, users can print the following values in the work header:

- Batch number of the manufactured product (in case of **Raw material picking** work order type), by enabling the **Print manufactured product batch** parameter.
- Due date (in case of **Raw material picking** work order type), by enabling the **Print due date** parameter.
- Operation number and name (in case of **Raw material picking** work order type), by enabling the **Print operation** parameter.
- Start date and time of the operation (in case of **Raw material picking** work order type), by enabling the **Print operation start date and time** parameter.

The following additional layout options are available in the **Work report** dialog (**Warehouse management > Work > All work >** select the work > **Work > Work report**):

- **Print header on first page only** – prints the report header on the first page only, instead of on every page, to save paper. By default, the header is printed on all pages.
- **Landscape** – prints the report in landscape orientation. By default, the report is printed in portrait orientation.
- **Print batch attributes** – prints, in the **Batch number** column, the batch attribute and its value for the batch attributes with the **Print on work report** parameter enabled on the **Batch attributes** form (**Inventory management > Setup > Batch > Batch attributes**).

### Open work report

Life Sciences Supply Chain Management™ adds a new **Open work report**, designed to enhance the efficiency of warehouse operations by allowing users to view open works based on specific criteria.

#### Steps

To use the report:

1. Navigate to **Warehouse management** > **Inquiries and reports** > **Open work report**.
2. **Select a Work order type** to filter the report accordingly.
3. **Use the Destination location query** to filter open works based on the destination location criteria (for example, warehouse, location, zone).
4. Click **OK** to print the report.
