# Work orders maintenance job notes

Pharmaceutical companies under GxP policies must have maximum control over modifications applied to sensitive records, such as equipment maintenance documentation. Life Sciences Enterprise Asset Management enhances D365 standard Asset Management module by adding the following buttons in the **Work order maintenance job notes** form (**Asset management > Work orders > All work orders, Work order maintenance job notes**):

- **Add description**
- **Add maintenance workers’ remarks**
- **Add internal note**

The buttons allow users to add detailed notes about the maintenance job and prevent workers to edit or delete the existing notes and information entered by other users. To be compliant with GxP policies, a timestamp is automatically added to the note to track who added the new information and when.
