Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance provides a sampling file functionality, allowing users to generate and print a sampling file report from quality orders. The sampling file report includes details about the number of samples to be picked, the total quantity to be sampled, and the sampled quantity to be used for each analysis type according to the quality order sampling plan.
Each sampling file is uniquely identified; the Sampling file form (Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance > Inquiries > Quality management > Sampling file) lists all the generated files.
The information available in the form includes the following:
Sampling file ID – Automatically assigned based on a predefined number sequence
Item number – Item ID
Quality order – Quality order ID
Batch number – Batch ID
Sub batch – Sub-batch ID
Created by – User reference
A Print button allows authorized users to print/re-print a selected sampling file.
The quality department can generate and print a sampling file linked to a specific quality order by clicking the Inquiries > Sampling file button from the Quality orders form.
