In the case of quality orders with **Advanced** item sampling, it is possible to inquire how the total sample quantity is divided into smaller samples by pressing **Inquiries > Quality order sampling** in the **Quality orders** form. The **Quality order sampling** form has the following fields: - **Line number**: the field is automatically populated with sequential numbering. - **Analysis type**: inherited from the **Analysis type** field in the **Advanced quality order sampling** form. - **Sampling quantity**: defined in the **Advanced item sampling** form (**Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance > Setup > Quality control > Item sampling > Advanced**). The user can override the value at a quality order sampling level (e.g., an additional sample is required). - **Sample unit**: defined in the **Advanced item sampling** form (**Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance > Setup > Quality control > Item sampling > Advanced**). - **Sub batch type**: the sub batch type values will be inherited from the ones defined in the **Advanced item sampling** form (**Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance > Setup > Quality control > Item sampling > Advanced**); it will be possible to override them at the quality order level.
