For companies with complex warehouse structures, it is essential to have the system suggest the proper movement of material, especially when localizing empty locations. The supported actions should include the movements of single materials and of the full handling units (that is, boxes, pallets).
Life Sciences Supply Chain Management enhances the Movement by template process by enabling the generation of works to fully move a handling unit with different sub-batches to an empty location.
The feature requires the following setup:
A menu item is created in the Mobile device menu items form, with the Work creation process set to Movement by template and the Group put away to empty location parameter enabled.
An active location directive is available with the Strategy set to Empty location with no incoming work.
When multiple sub-batches are available on the license plate, the system will suggest the first available empty location to move the full LP, according to the location directive query.
