# Commercial invoice report enhancement

Pharmaceutical companies are required to complete a commercial invoice report for each shipment and also:

- Ensure that a copy of the commercial invoice report contains the same information that accompanies the shipment of sensitive drugs from the original site to the final destination.
- Ensure the commercial invoice report is submitted to the relevant regulatory agencies, whenever applicable.

Life Sciences Supply Chain Management enhances the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management commercial invoice report for shipments by adding the following additional traceability information:

- **Harmonized tariff code** (Import and Export) are added on the Item master and printed on the report lines.
- **Insurance** and **Freight** values are available on the Sales order and printed on the report.
- The **Final Destination** address has been added to the Sales Order and the report layout (as **Ship To**).
- The **Sold To** and **Ship from** addresses have been added to the report layout.
- Item and batch information of the shipped products have been added to the report layout.

The **Commercial invoice** report is also available for Electronic reporting customization.
