# Batch confirmation during inventory movements

The Life Sciences Warehouse Management module enables batch confirmation during the inventory movement works.

## Steps

It is possible to enable the batch confirmation by performing the following steps:

1. Select the relevant mobile device menu item created to execute inventory movement works (**Warehouse management > Setup > Mobile device > Mobile device menu items**) and open the **Work confirmation setup**.
2. Click **New**. In the **Work order type** field, select **Pick** and enable the **Batch confirmation** checkbox.

When the configuration above is available, the **Confirm batch** field is displayed to prompt users to scan the batch number as confirmation during inventory movement work via mobile device.
