The Error history per message tab gives you a consolidated view of message errors. Unlike the History errors tab, which shows one row per message run, this tab groups the runs by message and error type. This makes it easier to spot messages that fail repeatedly.
Each row shows the aggregated number of records with errors, records inserted, and records updated, across all runs and retries for that message and error type.
Steps
Click Connectivity studio - Integration operations.
On the Error history per message tab, in the list, find and select the desired message and error type.
Note
The list shows one row for each unique combination of project, message, and error type. The Records with error, Records inserted, and Records updated columns show the totals across all runs and retries.
To view the error message for the selected record, click Show error.
The error message is shown at the top of the page.
Note
For performance reasons, the error message is only shown when you click Show error. This avoids loading all error messages when you open the tab.
The error message stays visible until you navigate away from the page or show the error message for another record. To view the message run history for the selected record, click History.
The History management page opens, showing only the message runs for the selected message and error type.
Note
You can review and analyze the message run history in the same way as on the History tab. See also: View message run history.
Notes
If the selected record still has errors after you review it, you can solve the error and re-run the message. See also:
