# Set up outbound web service - Azure Logic Apps

Instead of an external web service managed by an external application, you can use other applications as outbound web service in the cloud. An alternative application is an **Azure Logic App**.

This topic explains globally how to set up the web service using **Azure Logic App**. For more information on **Azure Logic Apps**, refer to [Azure Logic Apps documentation](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/).
