Set up configurable labels

You can setup configurable labels to be used on Data Entry Workflow template steps.

You can use configurable labels for:

• Field group names

• Field names

• Field help texts

Steps

1. Go to Data entry workflow > Design > Configurable labels.

2. Click New.

3. Depending on the number sequence for Configurable label ID, as defined in the Data entry workflow parameters, you can manually enter a label ID, or it is given by the applicable number sequence.

   In the Label ID field, type a value.

4. In the Label field, type the label to be shown on Data Entry Workflow tasks.

5. You can describe the purpose of the configurable label.

   Expand the Description section.

6. In the Description field, type a value.

7. Close the page.

Notes

You can also create a configurable label on the Configurable labels dialog. To do so, open the dialog, click New, and fill in the fields.

You can open the Configurable labels dialog from the Data entry workflow template page to select a configurable label for a:

• Field group

• Field

• Field help text
