# Review form mapping - Connectivity Studio

Once the form mapping recording is finished, you can review the recorded form mapping.

### Steps

1. Click **Connectivity studio - Integration Design**.
2. On the **Message** tab, in the list, find and select the desired message.
3. Click **Edit**.
4. Click F**orm mapping**.
5. Close the page.

> **Notes**
> 
> If the form mapping is not as desired, you can delete it. To delete it:
> 
> 1. Delete the fields of the lowest record in the form mapping tree.
> 2. Delete the lowest record in the form mapping tree.
> 3. Repeat these steps till all records in the form mapping tree are deleted.
> 4. Delete the form mapping.
