If an import message run finishes with errors, the related received data record gets the status '**Error**'. When you have finished troubleshooting the error, you can reset the received data record status. You can reset the status: - At once for all received data records with the same message assigned. For example, you can do so after you troubleshoot a message for which you received several data records. - Manually for a specific received data record. You can, for example, reset the status to: - 'New' if you want to run the import message again for the received data records. - 'Finished' if no import of the received data record is required. ### Steps 1. Go to **Connectivity studio > Inquiries > Service Bus queue > Received data**. 2. Sub-task: Reset status for several records at once. 1. On the **Action Pane**, click **Design**. 2. Click **Reset status**. 3. Define the message that is assigned to the received data records for which you want to reset the status. In the **Message** field, enter or select a value. 4. Define the status that you want to reset. The status is only reset for the received data records that have this status. In the **Value from** field, select an option. 5. Define the status to which the status of the applicable received data records must be reset. In the **Value to** field, select an option. 6. Click **OK**. 3. Sub-task: Manually reset record status. 1. Click **Edit**. 2. In the list, find and select the desired record. 3. In the **Received status** field, select an option. 4. Close the page.
