New or changed features in Release 10.0.45.37 (November 2025) – Data Modeling Studio.

1. Restrict Creation of Batch Job on Execute Pop-up via Schedule Button

This enhancement removes the creation of unnecessary batch jobs during data model deployment and export. Previously, every deploy action created a batch job that often did not perform any meaningful work, leading to clutter and the need for manual cleanup.

Now the functionality runs in this way:

• Deploy actions now run as a long-running operation without creating a batch job, blocking the screen until the operation completes.

• Export operations also run without creating a batch job, while still copying data from the database to the BYOD database efficiently.

• A batch job is created only when you select the Schedule option.

• To define a recurrence, the user clicks Execute, which enables the Recurrence button on the pop-up, allowing a schedule to be configured.

Overall, this significantly improves deployment efficiency and eliminates manual cleanup of redundant batch jobs.

2. Exclusion of BAS Package

The Business Analytics Suite (BAS) packages are now excluded from the Data Modeling Studio package. As a result, the overall size of the Data Modeling Studio package is reduced, improving deployment and transfer efficiency.
